Brucemore offers an elegant and beautiful backdrop for your organization's events and meetings. Corporate members and non-profit organizations are eligible to rent the historic estate for business functions from February through December.
Meetings
Corporate members with an annual contribution of $250 or more and non-profit organizations may rent the Conference Suite. The suite consists of three rooms-the Hall Perrine Conference Room, the Arnold Room (sitting room), and servery. Meetings in this intimate setting allow an escape from interruptions without the time and money to travel. The conference table seats ten comfortably. Conference Suite hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Hourly fees are based on number of guests, duration of event, and time of year. Evening Rentals
Corporate members with an annual contribution of $500 or more and non-profit organizations may rent the mansion, Garden House, Visitor Center, and grounds. Indoor events are held in the great hall on the mansion's first floor. Guests are free to circulate through the dining room, library, and study adjacent to the hall. At the host's request, guides may be scheduled to answer guests' questions and interpret the house. In the mansion, capacity is 40 for a seated meal and 75 for a stand-up reception. Events with more than 75 guests are required to be outdoors. Hourly fees are based on number of guests, duration of event, and time of year.
