Group Tour Options
Group tours at Brucemore require a 15-person minimum to schedule. Pricing per person varies based on the type of tour. Group tour scheduling is subject to availability, event schedules, and other considerations.
Self-Guided Mansion Tours
- Offered March – October
- Adult tickets: $10 per person
- Student tickets: $5 per person
- This tour option is best for larger groups (20+) that are looking for flexible pacing for exploring the mansion.
Holiday Self-Guided Mansion Tours
- Offered late November – December
- Adult tickets: $15 per person
- Student tickets: $5 per person
- This tour option is best for larger groups (20+) that are looking for flexible pacing for exploring the mansion.
- Scheduling for holiday tours will not be available until September.
Guided Mansion Tours
- Offered March – October
- Adult tickets: $15 per person
- Students tickets: $10 per person
- This tour option is best for groups of 15-20, or larger groups that can divide into smaller sections. Guided tours last approximately 45 minutes.

Specialty Tours

- Adult tickets: $20 per person
- Student tickets: $10 per person
- Tours covering special subjects can be customized to fit the needs and interests of your group. Examples of specialty tour offerings are women’s history and landscape tours. Important Information
- Group Size: Group tours at Brucemore require a 15-person minimum to schedule. Adults, students, and children all count towards total tour size and capacity.
- Scheduling: Brucemore requires group tours to be scheduled at least two weeks before the date of the tour. Brucemore is unable to schedule group tours for the following year in the current calendar year.
- Minimum Payment: If your participant count falls below 15 and you would like to continue with your scheduled tour, a minimum, nonrefundable payment threshold must be paid before the scheduled tour. Your total minimum payment depends on your tour type. No refunds are available for groups that fall below the 15-person threshold.
- Deposit: A deposit is due 14 days after the receipt of a Group Tour contract. This deposit is applied to the total admission charge for the group tour. Payment may be made by check or credit card. Deposits will be fully refunded if a cancellation notice is received 14 days prior to the tour date. No refunds are available after that time.
- Accessibility: Tours at Brucemore consist of substantial walking and standing, including outdoors on uneven surfaces such as pavement and grass. The historic mansion is not currently wheelchair accessible. There are several stairs to access the first floor, and several flights of stairs to see the other floors. Please make the best decision for the accessibility of your party with this knowledge.
